You provide the photos and I will set up the tours and provide a link for the YouTube video.

The MORE INFO button in the upper right hand corner shows ALL of the listings you have. This is a GREAT FEATURE. The viewer may click on one tour, passes on the property, and sees another one of your properties they would like to investigate further.

DRONE CONSIDERATIONS - Please keep in mind that aerial photography of certain properties at certain times may be restricted due to location, weather conditions, and FAA restrictions. Large land lots, parcels, and commercial properties may require additional expense. Contact me for information.

ADD-ONS:

Interactive Floor Plan Add-on $15

You provide the floor plan and I will incorporate it into you tour. It's interactive so the viewer can click on the room in the floor plan and the corresponding photo will display in the tour. Very nicely done. Need a floor plan? Many local big box stores will do a floor plan for a reasonable fee.

Neighborhood shots

Do you need just a couple of views to fill in your current listing photos? Don't want or need 25 pictures for a new listing? Just have a couple of pictures that you want to replace? Need more information?

TRAVEL EXPENSES:

Property within 20 miles from Newton, NJ 07860 is included in all rates. There is an additional travel charge for over 20 miles.

The ownership of the photography remains with DIANE DIXON PHOTOGRAPHY.

REAL ESTATE Photos and tours may be used by the agent for all marketing associated with the current property listing in accordance with local MLS rules.
